Where we came from
Dr. Taylor Randich built Clear & Co. to be the kind of eye care practice she wanted for her own family: clinically excellent, unhurried, and genuinely kind.
We’ve grown from a small Charlotte office into a team that still believes medicine and humanity belong in the same room.
As we expand our care across the Charlotte community, we’re staying focused on what matters most: clear communication, thorough exams, and patients who feel truly cared for.
